Lupao Kids Were Gifted Books for National Reading Month

November 2023 – Lupao, Nueva Ecija

November is National Reading Month! It’s an exciting time because our country promotes a love for reading and encourage the next generation to discover the wonder of stories.

Outreach Philippines, Inc. celebrated this month by bringing reading materials to the communities in Lupao, Nueva Ecija. They held two bookgiving events where a total of 708 CANVAS books were gifted to children! Learners from San Isidro National High School, Balbalungao Day Care Center, and Balbalungao Elementary school were the happy new owners of our high quality books.

This wouldn’t be possible if not for the initiatives of Outreach Philippines, Inc. and their partner community-based organizations, San Isidro Kaakibat sa Pag-unlad Association (SIKAP) nd Balbalungao Katuwang sa Pag-unlad Association (BAKAP). Here’s to raising a generation of Filipinos who love to read!
